New rules on 23rd May 2018 mean that packages are listed with their average speed at peak times (8pm to 10pm), this means the provider has measured a number of connections and 50% go faster and 50% go slower than the figures shown. This replaces the previous rule that 10% had to be able to get the speeds shown.
